I won 2 $100.00 Sephora gift cards. Here it is, several months later....I won in May/April and its now October.....hmmmm. I wish I would have a job that allowed me such latitude. Oh...no emails either. I am considering getting with my counselors due to breach of contract....time will tell. I have read elsewhere that these people (total beauty) are actually contacting winner up to 6 months after their wins. Good luck!

i also won an estee lauder pleasures delight over a month ago and i never got a email to confirm anything. oh well i guess ill keep waiting!

I just wanted to post that I received a prize from the Totally Green sweep. I won the $500.00 Brilliant Earth Diamonds gift card. I received, instead, a diamond necklace. I contacted you twice and was assured a return phone call regarding the substitution. This has been over 2 weeks ago. I've heard nothing.

I won a $100 gift certificate to RAW Natural Beauty in the Totally Green Sweepstakes. I received a box of products from the company instead. The letter enclosed said it was supposed to come with Active Veil SPF 18, but that was not enclosed.

Hi, TB - I was just wondering if you've finalized the Summer Spa Sweepstakes winners list yet - or if you've gotten to those prizes yet - ? That's one I'm waiting for.

Rasputina, I just got an email from ePrize this week stating that they're still contacting winners (they contact a maximum of 3 winners for each prize and each winner gets a certain number of days to respond) but we should have a winners list by the end of this month.

I won a $100 Estee Lauder gift card back in August in the Beauty in the City Sweepstakes. After not receving any type of correspondence from eprize, I sent an email to them on October 30 and received a reply saying they sent me a win email on October 16 saying I must update my address within ten days or I would forfeit my prize. Well, I never received that email and I carefully check every email I receive, especially if it is from eprize. I replied to eprize with that information and asked them to send me a copy of the email they claimed to have sent me, but they will not respond. So how about it Total Beauty? What can I do to receive the prize I won? Considering the problems eprize has had with other contests (awarding the wrong prizes to winners and extreme delays in delivering prizes when promised) it is entirely possible and probable that I never received the email from eprize.

I received an email dated 8/19/08 stating that I won $100 gift card in the Summer Spa Sweepstakes. I actually received the winning congratulations screen on 7/28/08. My email stated:

I won a $100 gift certificate from Suki in the Total Beauty, Total Green contest back in May 2008. I sent back the address confirmation and even sent a follow up email concerning the matter, but have yet to hear from anyone. Any suggestions on what I need to do next?

When I first joined I won a prize as well. I see many others have had the same problem. I responded to the email,but no word as of yet. I am glad I joined TotalBeauty and love this site. I do not however like scams. I understand if there is a long wait just let us know before hand.
