Airbrush makeup application is a procedure that many women choose to turn to when they are getting married, taking professional photos or some other special event that requires them to look their absolute best. The benefits of airbrush makeup application are numerous: it allows you the option to custom blend different foundation colors together, creates a flawless complexion, last all day and night, is resistant to everything from sweat to tears, and it looks amazing both in photos and on camera. In order to get started with airbrush makeup, you need to get an airbrushing kit that comes with a spray gun (Dinair makes a great airbrush makeup tool), air source and liquid foundation. Read

After plugging in the compressor, make sure that you check your air source in order to make sure the spray gun is evenly distributing the foundation. You can do a test patch of a piece of paper or on the back of your hand. The next step in the airbrush makeup application process is to shake the foundation to remove air bubbles then insert a few drips into the spray gun opening. When spraying the make up on your face, do it in slow, circular motions and continue to layer until you get the desired coverage. If you are not ready to buy an airbrush machine, you can also look into applying foundation with a brush, which will still give you a flawless effect. Check out

Airbrushing is actually real easy. Having just enrolled in a makeup academy I finally decided to break down and get one. I viewed many reviews and found the big four brands to be Dinair, Temptu, Luminess Air and Katt. After another week or so comparing I decided to go with either the Temptu or Dinair. Ultimately I chose to go with Dinair as they easily seemed to have the best customer service. Writing to them with questions this seemed to confirm that all my questions got answered quickly. What really impressed me was after I revealed I am a Male to Female trans-women. They were still very helpful and went through different combenations I could mix and use that would work with my tones and get the look I was after. I was sold and ordered the personal Pro kit in Fuschia. (Another thing I love is all the colors you can order the comressor in) I forgot to type in the code for the free smokey eye kit they were offering so I emailed them and was told "Not a problem we will tell them to include it". I got two emails right after stating my order had gone to packaging, then another email stating it had been packaged. I have never ever got a email on my order being packaged on anything and I am a huge online buyer. I thought that was amazing. Of course I received another stating it had actually been shipped and was on it's way along with the tracking number. I received the box about four days latter and wow, there is a lot of stuff in here. There are practice guides and sheets and even practice makeup so you don't waist any on trial and error. Free personal lesson (Not tried it yet) coupon and a DVD that got me started in no time. The machine is small and no where near as noisy as I thought. Others on Youtube showed other brands much larger and no real volume control. All in all I love it. My ex-wife let me try it on her, (ain't she great) after a couple practice runs on paper with the fake makeup. Though it was not perfect I we thought it turned out pretty well especially for being so new at it. I still need more practice making say the eyeliner as smooth as I want but have no doubts before long I will have it down. Even using it on me it was light and very clean. I totally recommend Dinair if you are even somewhat curious about airbrush makeup. I am in love with the system and their service and have made learning it real easy even for me. Sorry for carrying on but wanted to let those of you who are intimidated like I was, that it's really not that bad and actually, it's a whole lot of fun.

Airbrush systems intimidate me. I am really good with my makeup so I think I'll stick with that!
