Many women who suffer with rosacea face the difficult issue of trying to find a good makeup for rosacea. Due to their sensitive skin, it can be a challenge finding the right products that do not cause allergic reactions, but the good news is that there is quite a variety of makeup for rosacea on the market that will not only soothe your skin but will also help make you look and feel great at the same time. When searching for a good makeup, try to go for one that offers UV protection so that you can protect your skin from the sun, which often aggravates rosacea. A green tinted primer base in your makeup will help correct redness, even out skin tone and help your makeup last longer as well. Check out
How To Treat Rosacea The Right Way for more tips on how to get your skin under control.
When looking for makeup for rosacea, try to purchase products that are oil free and that have fewer ingredients. The more ingredients that a product has, the higher the likelihood that one of those ingredients may irritate your skin. Always do a test patch on your arm or hand first, just to make sure that you are not allergic to the product. Mineral powder makeup is ideal for rosacea as it does not contain skin irritating ingredients and is lighter on your skin. A yellow toned mineral foundation will work well over a green primer base, helping to further tone down redness. For more product recommendations, read

I've been using Merle Norman's skin care and makeup line that is designed especially for rosacea and WOW what a difference it has made on my skin!! I've also used the Clinque line as well and it did great too!! I do see a bigger difference using the Merle Norman line though...both lines are recommended!

I highly recommend clinique's redness solutions foundation. It makes my skin look flawless and keeps the redness at bay.

I really miss the old articles with all the pictures..... I must say, though these new ones are well-written, the old ones were way more fun!
