Glowing Jack-O'-Lantern Nails Are you an expert pumpkin carver? Well, you don't have to rely on your front porch to show off your seasonal masterpiece. These glowing jack-o'-lantern nails are quick and easy to mimic. Start by applying a white base coat, and follow with two coats of OPI Nail Lacquer in Chromatic Orange. Then, create spooky faces with OPI's Black Onyx, and fill in the rest of your nail so that only the orange faces of your pumpkin show. Finish with OPI Top Coat.
