These are really helpful! I need to be a little better at grabbing the fresh and healthy options over the frozen sodium-packed entrees.

I completely disagree with this..for one I'm from Hawaii so coconut water was a staple only in the main lad was it a fad and I don't need a list, and I also love sales which I stock up on. I'm considered slim at 99lbs, a little taller than 5'3, and was a personal trainer.. I'd like to know from this article what they consider slim because more 80% of women are more than 10 lbs over weight, which you see all around everyday.

Most of these are common sense and I do try to follow them whenever I can. Plus avoiding alcohol is always great!

I have lost 50 pounds doing what this article says to do. the one other thing I do is to type my menu at the stop of the grocery list, then list the ingredients for each meal, which is my shopping list. I buy only the items on the list. Everything healthy, especially fresh vegetables and salmon. My husband and I even splurge by cutting in half a rib eye steak.

This made me think. Yes, not shopping when tired or rushed would make a big difference for me. I'd probably buy less convenience foods.
