I agree--vivid hues are amazingly when "strategically placed." For instance, I use Lancome's blue mascara. It doesn't look blue; it just highlights my eyes.

I am loving bright barbie pink on my lips. Normally I go with balm but I feel pretty fabulous with a full on lip
