Vanessa Paradis Looks Lovely in Soft Eyeshadow in Chanel Campaign

Paradis, pictured here at an award show with heavy red lipstick, looks simply gorgeous in the new series of advertisements for the makeup brand. Although the ad is supposed to be for Chanel's 30 new lipstick shades, you can't help but notice her eye makeup - Paradis' taupe eyeshadow is perfect for a pretty, feminine look.

It'll be a snap to try Paridis' makeup look on yourself. Using an eyeshadow brush, sweep color across your lids, extending the shadow a bit above the crease. Blend the product into the inner corners of your eye as well, and carry it slightly below your lower lid.

This is not intended to be an overly-dramatic look, so use a light touch with the eyeliner and take extra care to avoid smudging. Apply a deep purple or brown liner to your inner lids, ensuring that the lines remain soft and delicate.

Finally, add volume to your lashes with an eyelash curler and finish them off with a few coats of mascara. For a doe-eyed effect, go a little heavier on your bottom lashes.
