Redken Workforce 09 Flexible Volumizing Spray

Despite a "24-hour humidity resistance" stamp, this spray left my fine hair flat after five hours of walking through Manhattan in early September. Indoors, a hefty application of the delicate mist, which smells a bit like bug spray, gives hair noticeable bounce with medium hold and no stiffness or crunchiness. The locking mechanism on the metal canister makes it handy for traveling because the top twists easily to seal without wasting product.

    I love this hairspray!

    I love Redken products anyways, and I have tried alot of their hairsprays, but this is the best one yet! I like it mainly because I tend to put too much on and because this hairspray is lighter if you use too much you cant tell! Your hair isnt crunchy and it is very manageable.     Great for waves

    I really liked this when I had long hair... it's flexible enough to give you some shape, but not give you helmet head! I wouldn't use it if you're doing a really structured updo, though... try the extra strength Redken products for that. April 21, 2008, 7:56 pm

    This hairspray is perfect for my short, fine hair. It gives me lift where I need it and tames fly-aways without being sticky or heavy. If you're expecting a firm hold for structured styles, this is not the hairspray for you-- try the Redken 25 or 29 for that. If you have short hair that needs a boost, this totally gets m...     this is a great hairspray for people who wear short, textured, messy styles and don't want a firm holding hairspray, which is why I love it. it doesn't make my hair crunchy or anything like that. my only complaint is the cap... it seems to get clogged easily and that can get messy.     Hate the smell

    The smell of this product is very off-putting. The sprayer itself is difficult to use and aim. It held my baby fine wavy hair fairly well and lasted through a 16 hour day, there was no noticeable volume however. October 2, 2008, 10:09 am

    Great Hairspray

    Redken workforce is an excellent hairspray when working with fine hair, or when you are juswt trying to "prime" your hair to hold curl or any style without weighing it down. To use before curling spray area with desired amount the more you use, the more hold you will get, curl area and spray. You will end up with ...
