Is lip art the new nail art?
Dior certainly seems to be championing that trend. During the luxe brand's Haute Couture Spring 2013 show models displayed show-stopping sparkle on their pouts, giving the term "statement lip" a whole new meaning.
Naturally, Dior wouldn't accessorize with anything less than the best, so lead makeup artist Pat McGrath topped a lipstick base with Swarovski crystals. The dazzling display included pink, purple, and red versions. To keep the bling-adorned lips as the focus, McGrath kept the rest of the makeup extremely simple applying a light dusting of Diorshow Mono Eyeshadow in Grege to the lids and keeping the face bare.
What do you think of the sparkling pouts? Would you ever add a few rhinestones to your lips?

The rapidly-approaching weekend is reason enough to do a happy dance, but just in case you need an extra 30 seconds of cheer to get you through the day, Topshop's latest video release will leave you smiling. The British retailer's beauty line, Topshop Make Up, just launched a new mini-film produced by brother and sister animating duo, Sadie and Joe, in celebration of the brand's award-winning Nails collection.
Sadie and Joe Williams are no strangers to the world of fashion. The pair has been featured on Vogue.com and created charming stop frame animation films for Marc by Marc Jacobs and Hillier London. Their film for Topshop's Spring/Summer 2013 Nails collection is in true Sadie & Joe form: short, sweet, and filled with colorful eye candy, this time in the form of the Topshop's…

Thought the secret to Jennifer Aniston's perfect complexion was pricey facials? Apparently not. The actress' skin care essentials come -- believe it or not -- straight from the drugstore aisles.
That's right, Hollywood's golden girl has been looking ageless thanks to Aveeno products and now she's going from loyal fan to spokesmodel, according to E! News. While this is a somewhat shocking move for the former "Friends" star, who has mostly avoided beauty-based spokesmodel gigs up until her Living Proof pairing late last year, the real surprise is that she didn't cash in with a luxe skin care company.
While were itching to know what Aveeno items Aniston has been keeping under her bathroom sink all these years, what's really got us buzzing is trying to figure out what the actress' next…

Looks like film buffs won't be the only ones with something to look forward to this weekend at Sundance. For the world of skin care, the international film festival on January 17th will also mark the official launch of Resvology, a new Utah-based line that infuses breakthrough gene science for younger looking and younger acting skin.
The real reason for the buzz building around the new brand? Industry pioneer and founder of The Beauty Bar Jennifer Walsh will serve as its Global Creative Director. Walsh will debut the line of clinical-strength products at Sundance in Resvology's backyard -- Park City, Utah.
Resvology plans to launch on QVC in early 2013, at a mix of specialty stores (such as Sephora), with elite luxury ski resorts, and online at www.resvology.com.

Tiffany & Co. will always have a stake on Fifth Avenue, but this March the iconic jeweler will be making its debut on another famous NYC street: Broadway. Truman Capote's novella "Breakfast at Tiffany's" is being adapted for the stage and the always on-trend Target is getting involved with the new production behind-the-scenes.
Target's exclusive beauty partners Sonia Kashuk and Umberto worked with the production's Academy Award-winning costume designer, Colleen Atwood, to recreate the timeless makeup and hair looks we've come to cherish from Audrey Hepburn's portrayal of our favorite party darling, Holly Golightly. Luckily for those of us wanting to re-create Holly's signature style (who wouldn't?), the looks were all created using the same affordable products and tools found at…
