Blackheads can pop up anywhere, from your nose to your back to your arms. Some people even get blackheads on lips, or more commonly, around the lip line area. Products such as lipsticks and lip balm often contain oils, waxes and other greasy materials that can seep into pores and cause blackheads and breakouts around the lip area. However, it is quite easy to treat blackheads on lips. You should exfoliate regularly to get rid of dead skin and cell buildup, and be sure to purchase a lip scrub or make your own with sugar and essential oils in order to fully cleanse and exfoliate on and around the lip area. You can also steam your face with a hot towel or lean over a bowl of hot water in order to open your pores up for easier cleaning and removal of blackheads. Read

Another great way to remove blackheads on lips is to use a blackhead strip, such as Biore face strips. You can cut them into the shapes you desire, depending on the parts of your face that you want to apply them to. After leaving on for ten to fifteen minutes, gently pull off the strip, which will have blackheads stuck to the back of it. Always remember to fully remove your makeup every night before going to bed, and that includes your lipstick. You may want to consider switching to an organic lip product that does not contain pore clogging ingredients if you are experiencing major problems with blackheads around the lip area. Check out

This is really new to me, I've never heard of blackheads on lips. We really need to take care of ourselves from every angle.
