Green tea is another important ingredient that should be included in your natural facial skin care regimen. Green tea is an antioxidant that protects, calms and balances the skin. Aubrey Organics makes a wonderful Green Tea and Gingko Facial Toner that not only refreshes and conditions skin but also helps absorb moisturizers better. The gingko biloba works to invigorate the skin for a rosy glow while herbals such as lavender and chamomile work to maintain moisture balance while soothing and toning the skin.
Be sure to look for the above ingredients and products next time you plan to try a new cleanser or moisturizer. Adapting a natural facial skin care routine will reap wonderful rewards for your skin, in addition to protecting you from future free radical damage.

Interesting. Since facials are ridiculously expensive, I give myself facials every week or two depending on my skin sensitivity. I only make homemade scrubs (like lemon sugar scrub or for bad acne a cinnmamon-nutmeg-honey scrub) and masks (egg, olive oil,etc.). So far they've worked like a charm!
