It's hard to imagine that a 17-year-old could be a beauty icon who inspires adults twice her age, but actress Bella Thorne -- star of "The Duff" -- is that girl. She's got gorgeous red hair and a campaign-worthy complexion, and she recently worked with Secret on the anti-bullying project, Mean Stinks. Clearly, she's got the inner and outer beauty thing covered.
