The Internet has been a-twitter this week with the news that Blake Lively will soon launch a GOOP-y type endeavor.
Unlike Gwyneth, Lively is being ultra covert about the operation, telling Vogue UK only that it will center on,"Living a one-of-a-kind, curated life," and that, "It's something that will be launching in a few months and that I'm really, really thrilled about. The main element of it is that it's about storytelling and it's about living a very one-of-a-kind, curated life, and how to achieve that. There's nothing like it out there - it's without a genre."
Oooh. Mysterious.
And, while she of "Gossip Girl," red carpet reigning and being Anna Wintour's sidekick fame may be basking in the glow of keeping her op under wraps, she does recognize her limitations.
The face of Gucci's "Premiere" fragrance has, unlike myriad other celeb types, decided
not to get into the perfume business.

"I would love to create a fragrance if Gucci would let me in the lab - I would love to be a nose - but as far as having my own fragrance like 'the Blake Lively fragrance' goes, I am just happy and honored to be working with Gucci," she told
Vogue UK that, "Before Gucci Premiere I would mix fragrances. I would take perfume and cologne - because you want the femininity and the masculinity - even maybe four fragrances, and blend them. So yeah, if anyone ever let me in their lab it would be a problem."
Finally, a star that recognizes her limitations and is content to sit back and let the pros do what they do best. Kinda makes you hate her less for getting to cuddle up with Ryan every night. Kinda.
