Facing surgery has got to be terrifying. The risks, the what-ifs, the pain, the recuperation. All the things that run through your mind over and over again as you prepare to go under the knife. Most patients sit in their rooms quietly waiting (praying, crying, pacing) to be rolled into the operating room.

But, for Deborah Cohan, an OB/Gyn in San Francisco, her pre-operative routine was a little bit different.

Cohan, a mom of two, decided that she wanted a bona fide dance party before her double mastectomy. So, with the help of her medical team at Mt. Zion hospital, that's exactly what she had.

Happily, someone was on hand to record the festivities, which involved all sorts of crazy-fun moves and lots of Beyoncé's "Get Me Bodied." The result? The most uplifting 6-minutes of YouTube you've ever watched. Trust.

According to the Huffington Post, Cohan's party plan was two-pronged; "[She requested that friends and family make videos of themselves dancing to Bey too so that she could watch them during her recovery. "I have visions of a healing video montage," she wrote. "Nothing brings me greater joy than catalyzing others to dance, move, be in their bodies. Are you with me people?"

Oh, yes, Deborah, we're with you!
