Hailing from a bilingual community in El Paso, Texas, Meraz now considers herself a California convert. When she's not winning over fans with her sharp tongue and snatched brows as Natalie on "Chasing Life," she can be found seaside, bikini-clad and doused in sunscreen. (Spoiler: It's her No. 1 beauty go-to). But this girl is no LA stereotype. There's a rare down-to-earth charisma in Meraz.
