Yup, she's at it again. After freaking people out with a $250,000 manicure, Kelly Osbourne got everyone's panties in a twist with a $1 million mani. She wore the quarter mil Azature mani to the Emmy's last year, but sported Azature's million dollar White Diamond polish more recently (she's seen here with a friend, showing it off). The bottle contains 98 carats worth of crushed diamonds in it.

Kelly's not the only incredibly, ridiculously posh celebrity to stick her fingers in some fancy (really fancy) polish; Toni Braxton also got the Azature treatment. But! But! It's all for a good cause. The ladies are in a competition to sell the dang thing. And the winner gets to donate the proceeds to the charity of her choice. If Kelly wins, the funds will go to the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Foundation. If Braxton wins, the proceeds will go to Lupus LA.
