Hitting a drive-thru for breakfast is about as smart as letting your 2-year-old play with your iPad or ordering that fourth martini. Sure, it might turn out OK, but odds are far more likely you'll regret it later.
The newest fast food option sure to inspire this kind of remorse: Taco Bell's Waffle Taco. It's being tested in Santa Ana, Calif. and -- sadly -- it's already getting a huge response in the media and on Instagram.
What's a Waffle Taco, you wonder? Pretty much what you'd expect: A waffle folded around a sausage patty and scrambled eggs, with a packet of syrup to drizzle on top (naturally).
Seems like Taco Bell has put up a real contender to compete in a market already crowded with McGriddles and Croissan'wiches, but we'll have to wait and see if the brand opts to take the Waffle Taco nationwide.
