Get ready to fall in love: Sephora Collection has just launched 40 shades of lipstick, and they happen to be very affordable. The new long-lasting Sephora Collection #Lipstories Lipsticks come in three different finishes (matte, cream and metallic), and are available in just about every shade imaginable, from the classic matte nude Brunch Date to the editorial metallic navy blue Ice Breaker. Other standout shades include the plummy matte Golden Gate, the metallic red Hong Kong By Night and the satin forest green Cash Money -- though for $8, you really can't go wrong.

You'll likely get a kick out of the packaging as well: Each tube features an image that ties into the Instagram-worthy, social media-savvy "story" theme of the collection, whether that means a popsicle surrounded by raspberries, or a picturesque sunset.

The lipsticks launched December 12 on the Sephora app and December 13 on Sephora.com. They will be available in-store starting on December 26 (AKA just in time for New Year's Eve).
