• Washington D.C.'s Department of Health. would like to impose a 24-hour waiting period on getting tattoos, to prevent regrettable body art. The proposed legislation -- which some point out is tougher than many gun laws -- would also ban anyone under 18 from getting a tattoo, too. Predictably, tattoo artists are not thrilled about the bill, and say that it'll seriously cramp business.
