While most of us while away countless 2-minute increments with our passé
electric toothbrushes, we could be saving a whole minute
and 54 seconds every single time we brush -- if we were using Blizzident instead.
Now, hear me out on this because I'm fully aware that it sounds too good to be true and pretty much like an SNL spoof.
Here's the rub: the Blizzident is, duh, not your typical toothbrush. Rather, it is a 3-D printed one that's made from a model from the user's own mouth (for a price tag of roughly $450) so that it looks more like those whitening shades or a TMJ mouth guard than a traditional toothbrush.
To get your pearlies white, you simply pop the Blizzident into your mouth, bite down and grind your teeth for a total of 6 (six!) seconds. That's it. (Caveat: this thing looks more than a little like a bizarre-o sea anemone, so ichthyophobes may need to think twice before pursuing this plan of action.)

Proponents maintain that there's more to this gadget than saving time -- since the brush is molded to
your mouth, you're better able to "brush" the hard-to-reach areas of your teeth that you typically miss with your old time suck of a brush.
The company asserts that your teeth will be sparkly clean and healthy and, why, just think of all the extra seconds you'll rack up -- valuable time that can be better used doing what? Flossing?
