Black Cat French Manicure The timeless French manicure will always be in style, but this Halloween we're adding a fun twist to the classic look by adding black cat tips. Need this look on your hands right now? Apply a clear base coat (try Wet n Wild Shine Base Coat) before creating two triangle shapes on the side of the nail with a black polish. Next, create a half moon shape between those triangles and fill it in to create your furry friends. Once dry, paint two white dots for the eyes and later, using a nail art brush, paint a thin black line down the center of the eye.
