Aerin at Work Lauder could have easily carved out some office space for the Aerin team in the building with the rest of the Estée Lauder staff. Instead, she decided to start fresh in a space that could grow as the brand grows. It's decorated with bright, luxurious fabrics and feels more like a living room than a workspace. Interior design has always been a passion of Lauder's, and rumor has it that the Aerin line will soon include a home collection.

I was in the cosmetic industry when Estee was going big with her gift give away. She wrote a wonderful book that reminds us to always look in the mirror to see what we look like from behind. Aerin is beautiful and if her products are good she will go far. Happy New Year.
