Anti-Aging Exclusive: "How I Erased 10 Years"TV personality and busy mom, Dayna Devon reveals skin care secrets that have taken years off her face and body |
Tip 2: I tried filler It was in her late 30s when Devon really started to worry about getting older, "you don't bounce back as well as you did when you were in your 20s," she says. "What I really noticed first were the lines from my nose to my chin. I would look at my kid's faces -- they were so perfect and cherubic -- lineless. I realized my face had became much more complicated," Devon explains, and that's when she turned to filler.
"The doctor did it on one side first and showed me the difference and I was like --wow!," says Devon of her Juvederm injections she got last year. "I don't mean to seem like you should take [injections] lightly. You should see a doctor and get a consult," she advises.
Fillers aren't for everyone, but if you are curious about trying them, take Devon's advice and consult your doctor to find out which filler is right for you or take this quiz to see if you are a good candidate for such procedures. I do not agree with limiting dairy. Women need calcium intake well beyond the US RDA recommendations. It seems to me she has a decent surgeon, and knows how to talk about "what's good for everyone else". Also fillers are very temporary ladies. Never forget that.

I was surprised and pleased that she was honest about using fillers. Good, no nonsense tips.

Do NOT limit dairy...women need calcium..I totally disagree with that tip. I agree with kenya, it takes lots of $$$$ to stay young.
