When your eyelashes begin to droop ... Snag a spoon.
We know: While your new clutch is a gorgeous (if way overpriced) find, it's also just large enough to squeeze in your keys, a lip gloss, and maybe your smart phone if you take off the cover. Shoving an awkwardly shaped eyelash curler into it is impossible no matter the impending droop. When your lashes could use a little love, go find a dinner spoon. Cup the spoon over your eye with the handle parallel to the floor. Position the lower edge of the spoon against your eyelashes and hold it still with your free index finger. Then, move your thumb under the spoon and press your lashes into the concavity of the spoon. Start from the inner corner, working your way out.
my roommate curls her lashes with a spoon and the first time i saw her doing it, i thought she was crazy! but after seeing her nicely curled lashes, i guess using a spoon really does work :D
The toilet paper hint reminded me of this obnoxious person I worked with, you know the one that acts like she is smarter and prettier than everyone else around? She kept her toothbrush in a glass on the sink in the bathroom at work. I assumed she never read or heard that the water from the toilet could fly up to 30 feet at times. I always imagined that it was all over the toothbrush that she used.
I've heard of the spoon one before in an article about a celebrity. The others were mostly new though. Thanks!!
I'm loving this site. So many helpful/interesting articles!!

I dont recommend doing the spoon with the eye trick if you've been drinking a few cocktails...

Carry alcohol pads and nail glue, all the time. Even if you don't wear fake nails or need first aid, there are a million uses for these!
