She tells her clients that "if you look in the mirror every morning and say, "yuck my eyes look terrible," no amount of makeup will make you feel better." This is why, while a bit corny, saying some nice words to yourself can make a difference in the way you see yourself. "You need to do positive mirror mantras every single day and then makeup will make you radiant because it's backed up by a beautiful spirit inside," she exclaims.

Great tips. When you're working long hours, it can be easy to neglect things like skin care and hair cuts. This is incentive to stay on top of them -- as well as exercise and healthy snacks!

The study in Europe reached those conclusions because the wages are higher in the northen countries such as sweden or denmark (where most women are blonde) versus much lower wages in brunette populated countries such as greece or spain. These women don't earn more because if the colour of their hair, they do so because the countries have a more prosperous economy
