What she thought: "I am a huge fan of this slim little gem of a lipstick. It creates the perfect 'I'm not wearing lipstick' look and feel, making it ideal for daytime wear. The coverage is sheer, yet vibrant, and super moisturizing. I love that it doesn't have that chalky, drying or heavy feeling a lot of lipsticks have, but still gives a pretty color. It smells really good too, like candy, which is always a bonus. Oh and for less than 10 bucks, this product is an absolute steal."

Very surprised that Lipstick Queen was not on the list. Most other lists always includes them because of their pigment. I was intrigued by Jouer.
