Anton began by curling Heather's lashes to open up her eyes, then she applied Almay Intense I-Color Eyeliner for Brown Eyes, $4.99, into the roots of her lashes. "Apply little dots in between the lashes to make the lashline look thicker," Anton says. To really define Heather's eyes, she also applied liner to her lower lashline and inner rims.
