The Hottest Hairstyles for Winter -- Minus the Usual Styling DamageStraight hair, curls, waves -- all cute, all requiring major work with hot tools. But you don't have to sacrifice your hair's health to wear the latest trends. We'll show you how |

Sleek Danilo is already predicting clean, super-straight hair will be one of the biggest trends next season. "The simplicity is what's attractive about it," he says. He tried out the look on Gwen Stefani and added a bit of a twist in the front. "It combines a tailored, boyish top with a sort of feminine looseness on the sides and back."
The key is to mist damp hair with a leave-in-conditioner, such as Pantene Aqua Light Weightless Conditioning Shake, $6.27. This will give your hair softness and movement, says Danilo. Then, run Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal Silky Moisture Whip, $6.29, through hair before blow-drying.
Next, Danilo says to flat iron hair to get an extra silky look and texture. "Pull one side back and secure it underneath the layers in the back so it looks seamless." For the top section, brush hair up for a little pompadour and keep it in place by usingPantene Stylers Anti-Humidity Maximum Hold Hairspray, $3.97.

Braids and chignons?! Definite yes! I just can't get on board with super straight hair. I like a little wave in it.

I'd love more curly hair styles and pics of non-celebrities.
