Lazy Girl's Guide to GroomingAre you too lethargic to have anything that even slightly resembles a beauty routine? We've got your back, lazy girls. Here's a slew of shortcuts to help even the most indolent among us get with the grooming program |
Use a cure-all oil Our bodies constantly crave moisture. From our dry hair to our cracked heels, keeping every zone hydrated is important. Having a different moisturizer for each body part is not. Essential oils can serve as a night cream for your face, shine serum for your hair, cuticle oil for your fingers, and lotion for your limbs, says Paul. There are countless options, too. Avocado, coconut, and sweet almond are just three great natural cure-all oils that are packed with nourishing fatty ingredients. Afraid of breakouts or irritation? Tanzi says most organic oils won't upset your skin but suggests trying tea tree oil if you have extra sensitive skin.

I'm not a morning person, so this article was fun to read. I'm definitely all about the multipurpose makeup -- BB cream, lip/cheek stain, chubby eye pencil for perfectly smudge eyeliner. The suncreen wipes are new to me though, sounds really promising (though my BB cream already has SPF).

I just started to understand the appeal of wipes. The are pretty handy on the go. I like the Dickinson's Witch Hazel Towelettes

I'm not really into cutting corners, but that didn't make this article any less fun to read!

The Garnier BB Cream in "Light/Medium" (it's lightest shade) is very dark! If you have fair skin I would pass.

I love multipurpose products, but scented deodorant will always be gross to me.

I love multi-purpose products -- I thought I was the only person using mineral bronzing powder for a quick, natural-looking eye shadow! I'm still looking for a good BB cream though -- I loved the look of Garnier but had a reaction to it, probably the heavy scent.

Some good tips... it's funny thought, I just read another article on Total Beauty that said to always use brushes for concealer under your eyes, otherwise you're just wiping off what you just put on!
