Fact: Working nine to five (if you're lucky) is a tedious, stress-inducing grind of an existence, which leaves little to no quality "me" time.
Fact: "Me" time is extremely important for your health and beauty.
Great, now that we've gotten these important facts out of the way, let's pow-wow, because there are fantastic new beauty treatments and procedures you can effortlessly sneak into a busy workday.
Disclaimer: We're not going to insult your beauty IQ and suggest you run and get a manicure or a "lunchtime" mini facelift while your fellow co-workers eat. We already know you're aware that it takes 20 minutes to get your nails done and that there is no way in hell you'd get an invasive plastic surgery procedure done and then show your (probably quite bruised) face back at the office.
Instead, we're going to introduce you to quick beauty treatments you either a) didn't know existed or b) dismissed, presuming such a treatment would take up your entire precious weekend. To find such ingeniously speedy ways to get pretty or problem solve, we went to a host of derms, doctors, and beauty gurus to find you the best excuse not to go to Subway tomorrow.
Interesting procedures! Thanks for mentioning the one for varicose veins, as my husband needs to have it done and claims it's horribly painful. I can show him this!
The LED teeth whitening treatment seems great. post regular whitening you have to be so careful as to what you expose your teeth to, as they're so porous, and even more susceptible to stains.

That's great that they can be done during lunch break.

Fascinating... in an "that's so alien, it will never be part of my world" sort of way.

I had IPL and it made my face very red all day, can't comment on VPL.

The eyebrow HD seems super interesting! Definitely something non-invasive and relatively inexpensive that can have great results.

Good skin care routine, lots of water to drink along with great food, little sun and the attitude to enjoy the aging process with grace.

The needles in the first two slides scare me, but the eyebrow HD treatment is something I'm interested in doing.
