Makeup artist and founder of Mally Beauty, Mally Roncal, always looks camera-ready. So we weren't the least bit surprised by her extremely fun topknot and red lip backstage at Tracy Reese. "It's my red lip kit in Neutral Red," she told us.

I\'m sorry, but I hate the rainbow hair some females, both celebrities and average women, are currently showing. If you\'re over the age of 30, I think it ages you, instead of looking young and hip. I guess wearing oddly-colored hair is okay for younger gals, but only in small doses. Those stupid pink and blue shades that Katy Perry wears make her look like a bad joke, and I don\'t know why an attractive young woman would do that to herself. The age of punk rock is over, and the wild hair colors need to follow suit. And don\'t EVEN get me started on that grayish-lavender shade Kelly Osbourne has been sporting for quite awhile now. My great-aunt and Kelly must share the same colorist. Yikes..

I've been using Dior Addict lipstick since it hit the scene years ago. It is fantastic, and they continually improve on the formula to make it more moisturizing. Love!
