Mastering the Art of False EyelashesWhen done correctly, some false eyelashes are good enough to fool mother nature -- it's all in the art of the application. Learn how to do yours now and you'll be batting them with the best 'em by tonight |
Getting lash glue off of your clothes If you tend to be less than neat with your glue, it can end up all over the place -- including your cute outfit. For easy removal, it's best to wipe off what you can, then soak the rest of the area with an adhesive remover like Goo Gone (check fabric directions first). Wait until the stain breaks up, wipe with a damp cloth, then wash the area with laundry soap and water. If the stain remains, get to a dry cleaner as soon as possible.
Now that you know your way around a set of falsies, let's take a look at some of the ones we like best.

Nice tips, I'm enjoying Ardell's falsies for the moment, especially the lash accents, they just add a pretty, do-eyed effect!

I wish false eyelashes became as popular as they were in the 60s!

Really good tips shared :) However, it all depends on the glue that you get in your country. In my place here, the glue dries really fast, and I don't have to wait for it dry at all. The trickiest part of putting false lashes is to stick it near your own eyeslashes, but not on it.

Duo has TWO different formulas. One (the blue and white package) dries CLEAR. The other (pink and white) dries dark. Not completely black, but it dries more like a very dark black/brown. You can find either DUO formulas together where they sell Duo (at Sally's, Sephora, etc).
