13 Best Body Lotions Under $10You don't have to pay a fortune to get soft, smooth skin. See the 13 best drugstore lotions now |
When it comes to what we put on our faces, we'll splurge on the latest anti-aging cream that promises to work miracles on those crow's feet, and tend to spend far too much time dutifully performing each of the six steps in our skin care regimens.
As for tending to the rest of our skin, we couldn't care less.
So when we run out of lotion, we swing by our local CVS and pick up whatever's on sale. Dermatologists say this is a dumb move. That's because just like the products you use on your face, your body lotion should cater to your skin type. So if you're extra dry or tend to break out, have oily skin or live in a super-dry climate, you'd ideally use a lotion designed specifically to deal with what your skin needs.
Skip ahead to see the 13 best body lotions at the drugstore.
But does this mean you have to plonk down your plastic for a moisturizer from a high-end brand? Nope. Drugstore picks work just as well as the spendier options; you just have to know which ones to choose. That's where our readers come in. They've tried every lotion in the body care aisle and shared their honest reviews on what worked for their skin and what didn't. The result? This list of the 13 best body lotions under $10. Ready to find your best body lotion now? It's waiting for you at the drugstore.

I am a constant lotion user, always trying to keep my skin feeling smooth and looking healthy. I get a lot of dryness, especially in the winter. I found the Made from Earth Aloe & jojoba Therapy body lotion to be the best for my dry skin - it absorbs well, and doesn't smell to strong. And its super gentle yet moisturizing. Im natural and healthy, so I like that the brand doesn't put any chemicals in their products and they do not test on animals.

I'm slightly confused now... I just read the article for the worst lotions and now I'm going through the best. The Eucerin Skin Calming Daily Moisturizing Creme was on both!? Unless I misread something. Sooooo is a good one or a bad one? Guess I'll just have to try it for myself!

My favorite lotion is the Aveeno Eczema one. It's great especially when you have dry skin in the winter. Jergens is a great one too. I didn't know about Burt's Bees. I will have to give that one a try. I also love Nivea!

I have tried most of these brands or all though maybe a different type. The most recent Burts Bee and it was better than I thought.

It's great to find moisturizers suitable for acne-prone skin. I usually avoid body lotion for fear of breakouts.

I've used so many of these and loved them. It's so nice to find nice lotions on a budget.

I love Nivea's Smooth Sensation, it's the only drugstore brand lotion I can use in the winter that keeps my skin feeling nice and moisturized.
