Seven Ways to Increase Your Cup Size Without SurgeryWho needs breast implants when you've got these tricks up your sleeve (er, down your shirt)? |
Fat Grafting Did you know you can move unwanted fat from a flabby zone on your body and plump up your boobs with it? The procedure takes a minimum of three to four hours and costs, on average $6,500, is more complicated than it sounds, according to Baltimore-based board-certified plastic surgeon Ricardo Rodriguez, M.D., of CosmeticSurg.net. The whole process — removing and injecting the fat — takes place at the same time, and you undergo IV sedation for the procedure. Unlike traditional lipo, the fat is extracted under low pressure to keep the cells from being damaged. The fat is then "cleaned" (Rodriguez uses a specialized centrifuge to pull out dead cells, red blood cells and other fluids) and immediately injected in microdroplets into the breasts. It takes one to two weeks of downtime to recover (including no driving).

I don't think these actually work. Well apart from the bra and fat grafting, which is like a surgery :/

I'm very happy being on the medium-size of the spectrum- less back issues, more nicely-fitting tops, and of course I'm still in the zone of going bra-less and still feeling comfortable (especially around the house- no sleep-bras here!) Of course, I do own a few push-up bras for a little extra "help" for filling out that perfect dress or cute top that has pleats and folds in all the right places! :) There's nothing wrong with a little help... ;) But please, when I read the explanation of Brava, I feel that's crossing the line!

Another tip that's quick and easy: Wear 2, that's right 2 Fredericks of Hollywood Extreme Cleavage bras, with the cutlet inserts in one of them. I've been doing this for years and all of my friends think that I got my boobs done!
