I have been a WEN customer for 2 years. I have tried ALL of the cleansing conditioners including the seasonal Vanilla Mint and Pumpkin. Honestly, I will NEVER EVER go back to regular shampoo and conditioner. I have naturally wavy, medium textured, waist length layered brown hair. I blow dry my hair straight all the time. I no longer have to use a straitening iron to get the ultra smooth results. I think the most complaints is from not using the product correctly. You MUST use enough of it to work it through vigorous in the scalp then completely rinse it out until squeaky.. Then put more in your hair, wait a few minutes, and rinse most of it out, leaving in just enough to make your hair easy to detangle and manage. I have NEVER had a problem having my hair weighed down or greasy. I am also n R&D formulating chemist at a cosmetics manufacturing company, and the ingredients do indeed clean your hair. There are non-foaming surfactants (cleansers) in this product, so it WILL clean your hair, you just have to really rub it in well and massage your scalp, and rinse it COMPLETELY! The only thing I would pass on is the root lifter which is only silica gel which you can find anywhere for under $1. It works by absorbing any oils from your scalp making it lighter. I would not use anything other than WEN.....just use it correctly, and you will have no problems. I would only use a clarifying shampoo once a month to remove any buildup due to styling products,

Enjoyed reading the article but would have loved more info on the products themselves, not just reviews.

I have had mixed results. I've been using the tea tree and it's left my hair somewhat lank and feeling like there's residue. I'll finish off trhe bottle to see if my hair gets used to it.....

I ordered wen almost 6 weeks ago but not threw the tv but off of amazon due to horror stories I heard about the auto delivery. I got the swwet almond mint and tried it rite away. I'm 45 and have color treated hair that is somewhat passed my shoulders and so brittle and dry I only wash it every 3 to 4 days. I color, blowdry, curl and flat iron my poor hair. With all the hype I had to try this and I am amazed. Not only does it not lather but it feels like hand lotion going on. I pull 7 pumps on and run it threw my normally very tangled hair then work another 4-5 pumps in. I comb threw it getting it put in even and put my hair in a clip while I finish my shower. After I rince for a good 90 seconds I put almost a full pump back in my hair as a leave in. Now my hair even when it air dries is frizzy and hangs like I need desperate help. With wen I let it air dry and not only is it really easy to get a comb or brush threw but I dont have that distressed hair look. I no longer use conditioner, leave in, hot iron spray, spray to make it shinny and spray serum to calm the frizzies. I dry my hair and hit it without anything with a flat iron and OMG does it feel great! Now as Ive said, I only washed mine every 3-4 days so when I began washing it with wen every day and seeing my split ends come together and my hair shine like NEVER before I was amazed, but for me that wasn't the best part. My hair rips threw color at an alarming rate, to the tune of twice a month or I'm gray at the roots. It's been six weeks since I colored my hair. After the first wen use I colored and even my husband noticed Im not gray inside of 14 days. So do yourself a favor and get wen. My favorite is the sweet almond but I also got the gardina and fig. The fig has tons of moisture for your hair and the gardina is rite inbetween the sweet almond and fig. Some people dont like how the fig smells but twice Ive been asked by total strangers what that great perfume I had on was & I dont wear perfume. Go to amazon & get the 16oz or more because the 6oz is pretty tiny in size. Use alot & massage your scalp as you go, you wont regret it.

I like the sweet almond mint cleansing conditioner. I haven't tried any of the other ones yet. I just wish it wasn't as pricey as it is.

It's way too expensive and looks like you don't get that much product.
