No. 4: Flagstaff, Arizona You may think the sunshine is relentless in Arizona, (it certainly is in this worst-hair city) but the state has one of the lowest rates of skin cancer in the U.S. Flagstaff specifically also has very low levels of pollution, plus moderate humidity. It's still pretty sunny though, so keep that hat and sunscreen on when outdoors.

I'm surprised Hawaii's not first, but then again being from Hawaii and having a lot of Asian's there, we naturally have nice skin no matter where we live, which is why we look younger that caucasians. I just hope my English doesn't hurt me...wish I wasn't mixed.. :(
