This is really pretty! If the white liner were used simply on the water line, and not the outer lower lash line to appear less dramatic, it can be a look worn year round, not just for Halloween.

I love the mod sixties makeup style of Edie Sedgwick and Twiggy and enjoy recreating it. This is more dramatic than I'd typically do, but so perfect for Halloween!
