Step 2 Line your lids with black liquid or gel liner (try Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink, $19), starting at the inner corner of your eyes and extending the line out almost to the tail of your brows. Bring that line back down to the outer corners of your eyes, creating a thin, triangle shape. Next, go back to the inner corners and line your bottom lash lines until the line connects to the triangle shape at your outer corners.
