Excellent, detailed advice that is good for MANY eye colors, not just brown! As for the brown-eyes-specific tips regarding color choices, there wasn't really any new information here.

I don't have brown eyes, but enjoyed this very much. I adore eye shadows. My favorite makeup item. With the exception of the bright yellow, I loved the looks. The yellow was costume like, not for actual wearing. Yuck!
