Solve Your Winter Skin Problems -- Stat!Chapped lips and scaly dry skin are no match for these expert tips and hard-working products |
Q: What about chapped, crusty lips? How can we keep them soft? A: Earle recommends removing dry skin flakes from your lips by gently buffing them off with a soft toothbrush. Follow that up with a generous amount of an intensely moisturizing lip balm, preferably one with natural waxes, shea butter and plant oils (try EOS Organic Lip Balm Smooth Sphere, $3.29).

I'm sorry but there's no way I'm avoiding my hot winter baths. Honestly I would die without them. Plus I feel 100 times better after taking a bath and putting on lotion. That's my winter routine and I'm sticking to it.

I'm surprised L'Occitane Shea Hand Cream isn't mentioned here. It is rich in vitamin E and shea butter is incredibly moisturizing.
