To get the look, Babaian suggests using a lip brush when applying any color to achieve a more saturated look. But you can apply the color straight from the tube if you don't have a brush handy. Then, finish with subtle eye and cheek makeup to make your lip color stand out.
"With a bright lip like this, you want to keep the rest of your makeup simple -- just a little eyeliner and mascara and a bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks," says Babaian.
