Subtle Color First-time nominee, Mandy Moore, looked as fresh as a daisy with her dewy complexion and soft pink lip. We're still going gaga over her alluring navy gown, which featured a sexy plunging neckline and sheer fabric. To tie in her get up's deep blue hue, she lined the bottom of her hazel eyes with the dark indigo shade from Laura Mercier's Editorial Eye Palette Intense Clays, and swiped on the shimmery, light gold shadow on her lids to create a subtle yet eye-catching contrast against her eyes.
