For perfecting your best Kesha-inspired makeup look The hack: Brush a thick layer of powder underneath your eyes before putting on glitter eye makeup. It will catch the glitter and be easy to sweep away.

Does it work? It's no secret that I love glitter, but when your glitter eye makeup falls underneath your eyes, well, you just look like a hot mess. Scotch tape gets the job done, but can leave your under eyes a little red, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Naturally, I was excited to try this one (and seriously hoping that it worked). I dabbed my concealer on, set it with a ton of loose powder, and proceeded to put on my eye glitter. When I was done, I took a fan brush and swept it underneath my eyes -- goodbye glitter. Just be sure to use a brush you don't plan on using on the rest of your face, because inevitably the glitter particles will stick to the brush (still better than underneath your eyes).
