Before he even finished his sentence, I started to feel like the most boring, Plain-Jane woman in the world. (How could I go on living without a signature flourish!?) Then, I realized that I do, in fact, have a signature flourish: my cat-eye liner. It's subtle, but it's there.
The key to my look is the eyeliner itself: I'm partial to eyeliner markers. Over the years, I've used everything from pencils to liquids to gels, but I recently realized that markers give you the cleanest line, are the easiest to apply, and are incredibly versatile.
