How to Get The Look: The Party-Ready Cat Eye Start by blending a light-coverage foundation all over the face. Next, swipe loose gold pigment over each eyelid. Then go over the area using a shimmery gold liquid liner to draw a thin cat eye shape, flicking out the ends once you reach the outer corner.

Next, dip the Tweezerman Brush IQ Line Glider (click here to buy it) into a black gel liner and draw another thick line along the lid, using the thin tip of the brush to fill in as much of the lash line as possible. Once you reach the outer corner, create a small, subtle wing. (The smaller the flick, the more modern your cat eye will look.)

Finish by loading your top lashes with black mascara or by applying false lashes for a more dramatic effect. Apply a frosty lilac lipstick to complete the look.
