Hilary Duff Hilary Duff spent her teenage years in the spotlight, so you know she knows exactly how to treat her skin. Makeup artist Etienne Ortega shares how he preps Duff for a big day on the red carpet: "The day of, I usually start with a light exfoliation and then multi-mask," he says. Ortega recommends a "clay-based mask on the T-zone area to soak up any excess oils" and a hydrating mask like Perricone MD Hyalo Plasma Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Moisturizer , $135, on the rest of the face. Then he follows up with a rose water spray like Pearlessence Rose Water Face Mist, $20, for toner before applying a soothing serum and moisturizer.
