1. Create a side part in damp hair and spritz a curl-enhancing spray, like Tresemme Flawless Curls Spray Gel, $4.99, throughout.
2. Rip up 1-inch wide pieces of an old t-shirt or pillowcase, and roll a 1-inch section of your hair up around the paper towel toward your roots.
3. Once you reach your scalp, tie the ends of the paper towel together to secure the curl. Repeat this process until you've rolled your entire head. 4. Wake up and remove the paper towel pieces. Use your fingers to gently separate the curls as desired. Lift at the roots and finish with a mist of strong-hold hairspray.
