Poor Heather Locklear. (I've been a fan since "Melrose Place" and yes, "Dynasty.")

Her recent arrest (and release) reportedly involved driving while under the influence of a controlled substance. (She also reportedly has been battling depression, leaving her somewhat in need of a good waterproof mascara, it looks like.) Here's hoping she gets back to her old self, who looks more like the image below, soon!
