Perfume bottles make me happy, which is why I couldn't help but be tempted by the new Viva La Juicy fragrance -- the bottle is so darn cute! I've always had a thing for bows though (and ha! I'm wearing a blouse today with one emblazoned on the front). But I must admit I was hesitant to spritz on the juice. I was worried it might be too fruity or overpowering for my highly sensitive sniffer. I went for it anyway and was beyond pleasantly surprised. The top notes of mandarin and berries do give the overall scent a fruity kick, but the gardenia, jasmine and honeysuckle (in the middle notes) make it more sophisticated than I would have expected. Finally, the creamy amber, caramel woods, vanilla, sandalwood and praline in the base notes add a yummy (not musky) warmth and sexiness that really sticks around on your skin. Overall, it's a winner that beats out the original Juicy scent.

The founders of the brand are hosting a meet and greet for their biggest fans at their new Fifth Avenue flagship store in New York City. They'll be signing postcards and giving away a limited quantity of “Viva La Juicy” tees to shoppers who spend over $200.
