Why: This elegant floral perfume has a profile much like a classic California cab. "Clove and cinnamon with cassis sounds like a great match for high-end Napa cabernet," Copeland says. Why: "Apricots, jasmine and vanilla make me think of Viognier, a very sexy grape," says Copeland. Why: Sparkling wine is one of the most versatile for pairing with food, and Spanish sparkling wine often smacks of green notes and sea breeze, Copeland explains.
